1. FAST PROCESSING AND SHIPPING: Typically, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days (except for out-of-stock and pre-order items). We carefully pack each product to ensure its safety during transportation.
2. SAFE AND RELIABLE LOGISTICS PARTNERS: We work with experienced logistics partners such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, Amazon, etc. to ensure that your order arrives safely.
3. REAL-TIME TRACKING: after your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, and you can track the status of your order online at any time. In this way, you will have a clear idea of where your products are on their way and can receive them at any time.
4. WE OFFER THREE DELIVERY METHODS: Standard shipping, Expedited shipping, and Priority shipping.

7. Customs Duties & Taxes
For customers in the United States:
Most orders are shipped from our local US warehouse, so no customs duties or import taxes apply.
In rare cases such as warranty replacements or small parts, we may ship directly from our international warehouse, but these shipments are low-value and marked accordingly to avoid import charges. Customers in the US will not be required to pay any additional customs fees.
For customers outside of the United States:
Orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility. Import duties, taxes, and other fees may be charged by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance processes. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
