1. General Return Guidelines
For orders placed on wavelegend.com, the following policies apply:
Returns due to customer reasons: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Fees depend on your chosen courier.
Returns due to Wave Legend’s responsibility: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, Wave Legend covers all return shipping costs.
Return period: New or unassembled products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging for a full refund. Returns after 30 days cannot be accepted.

2. Return & Refund Process

- Include your order number and reason for return.
- All returns must be approved by customer service before shipping the product back.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Customer-initiated returns:
- Product must be intact, including original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- A 15% restocking fee applies.
Damaged or defective items:
- Contact customer service for assessment.
- We will issue a full refund or replace the product as appropriate.
Refund processing: Typically within 10 business days after receipt and approval of the return. Timing may vary by payment method and bank.
