Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing WAVELEGEND's products! We value your satisfaction and shopping experience very much and understand that sometimes customers change their minds.
For orders placed at wavelegend.com, the following return policies apply:
- If the return is due to the consumer's reason, the consumer shall bear the shipping costs. The specific fee will be based on the courier company you choose.
- If the return is due to our fault, such as receiving damaged goods or quality issues, we will cover the shipping costs incurred.
- New/unassembled products can be returned in original packaging within 30 days of product delivery for a full refund. If it exceeds 30 days, we are sorry, but we will not be able to process your return request.
Return and Refund Process
- If you need a valid return, please submit a return approval request to our customer service team via email: support@wavelegend.com
- When submitting your request, please specify the reason for the return and include your order number.
- All returns must be approved by the customer service team. Refunds will be made based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
- If the return is due to the consumer's own reasons, the following rules must be followed:returned products must remain intact, including original packaging, accessories and all accompanying documents. Please ensure that the product is not damaged, scratched or otherwise damaged, as this may affect your eligibility to return.
- If the return is due to the consumer's own reasons, a 15% restocking fee will also be charged.
- If you receive an order that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team and they will assist with resolving the issue.The customer service team will assess the situation to determine whether to issue a refund or to resend the appropriate product or accessory.
- Refund processing is usually completed within 5-10 working days after we receive the returned product, and the specific processing time may vary depending on the payment method and bank.
Cancel the Order
- Our warehouse usually delivers goods within 1-2 working days. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@wavelegend.com as soon as possible.
- If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order. If the item has been shipped and is being shipped to you, we will treat the order as a return (see the policy above).
